Victoria Maynard

Victoria has worked in Estate Agency since 2006 and joined Hartleys, who became part of the Newton Fallowell group, in 2010. Victoria  feels she has ‘come home’ having joined the Ashby team in 2019 as her parents ran an Estate Agency, Duncombe & Baker, in the 1990s from what has been the Newton Fallowell office ever since. Her background and experience in the business mean she strongly believes in ‘traditional estate agency done well’. Victoria oversees the marketing and ensures clients receive regular contact and feedback and her role within the branch is to ensure sellers receive a high standard of service from their first enquiry through to the day of moving.
