Karen Cottrell

Karen’s estate agency career began in Kent in 1998, successfully working within both the sales and lettings sectors. In 2004, the family relocated to South West France, and, during the following 10-year period, Karen and her husband worked to renovate two French houses whilst managing a property business in the area.

In 2013, Karen and her family returned to the UK, choosing the South Hams as their new home. Working for Stags in Kingsbridge, she gained valuable property market experience in this unique and beautiful area.

Keen to progress her career and seeking new challenges, Karen joined an agency in Dartmouth in January 2019, quickly progressing to position of a senior negotiator. 

Karen returned to Stags in 2020 as Branch Manager in Dartmouth. She is thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and taking the office forward to be the number one choice for both buyers and sellers in Dartmouth. After achieving outstanding results, Karen was promoted to Associate and transferred to our Kingsbridge Branch.

Recognising that clients have a choice of agents, Karen is passionate about her role and is committed to achieving the highest levels of customer service and care.

During her leisure time, Karen enjoys being with her husband and son in the great outdoors, camping, walking with their dog Millie and equestrian activities, as well as cooking and gardening at home.
