Claire Staniforth

For landlords and tenants in the East Devon area, Lettings Manager Claire Staniforth offers a dedicated and highly efficient service. Claire, who moved to Devon 20 years ago, has worked for Stags since 2010 and in that time has taken and passed the technical award in Residential Lettings and Property Management to become a member of ARLA. As a senior member of Honitons Lettings Department, Claire oversees the daily running of the department with the aim of continuing its growth, and provides potential landlords with market appraisals, using her detailed knowledge of rental values and the local market. She will research comparable properties to provide competitive, realistic rental figures and draws up tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants. Claire can advise on a wide range of lettings matters including schedules of conditions and inventories, good management practice, landlord/tenant liabilities, tenancy agreements/referencing, buy-to-let and legal aspects of lettings and property management.
