Educated in West Sussex, before undertaking his degree in Agriculture & Estate Management at Seale Hayne, James progressed to become a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS. Having managed some of the highest profile country house and estate sales in the West Country for over 20 years, his highest profile sale to date, that of The Bantham Estate, sold for an undisclosed sum, substantially over the guide price.
James is now an equity partner of Stags and manages the Totnes office while overseeing the three other South Devon offices.
