Kate Boulton

Kate is a Chartered Surveyor with almost twenty years of experience in the residential property sector.  Her initial training years were focused on rural estate management and farm agency in East Anglia and, following a transfer to London, she went on to specialise in undertaking Ultra High Net Worth residential valuations for predominately loan security purposes in Prime Central London, France, Monaco and Switzerland. 

After a short career break to concentrate on her two small boys, Kate joined the Wellington professional services team to focus on valuations within East Devon and Dorset.
