Lee Flay

Lee is responsible for the busy Tiverton property department, he has worked with Stags for over 16 years, moving his way up through the ranks and being promoted to Partner in 2014, having worked at the Wellington, Taunton and Honiton branches.   He has been involved in the industry for well over 20 years, beginning his career in 1992 as a school leaver, with a firm of auctioneers in South Devon. He subsequently studied with the University of Plymouth at Seale Hayne where he gained a BSc (Hons) in Rural Estate Management and also spent 4 years working with a National agent in Exeter. Devon born and bred he has worked across the whole of the County, as well as selling property in Cornwall and Somerset. All this experience has prepared him well and when faced with various property matters he has a solution and the best advice.

He lives locally near to Tiverton and has two children who attend school at Tiverton.  He enjoys swimming, playing indoor football and a very small amount of cricket! He also takes every chance he can to watch the Exeter Chiefs.
