Sam McCreadie

Branch Manager for our Bideford office, Sam was born and bred in North Devon so takes pride when showcasing the best the area has to offer and takes pleasure talking to prospective buyers about how lucky we are to live in one of the best locations in the South West.

Sam’s career at Stags began in 2018 in the Barnstaple branch as a Residential Valuer. After many successful years and helping the office accomplish their best ever year in 2021, he was promoted to an Associate and, shortly after, the Branch Manager here in Bideford. Having valued and sold a variety of property ranging from apartments, townhouses, farms, country homes to development sites, Sam has a wealth of knowledge in all sectors of property which serves him well when dealing with all types of clients. 

In his spare time Sam is a sports enthusiast and enjoys cycling and running. He also has a keen eye and interest in mid-century interior design, furniture and architecture.
