I was born and bread in Rugby and had an interest in property from a young age. It was not till my early twenties I wanted a change from engineering and joined a large National company working in Towcester, Daventry and of course Rugby, rolling on 38 years having worked for Corporate, independent and for the last 8 years being self-employed, Working in Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Dorset. I have noticed that Estate Agents needed to change their ways of thinking. Just putting a property onto Rightmove just not sell homes anymore and you must undertake training courses to Qualify and show that you’re a better agent. I deal with the upper market mostly from £500,000 upwards but I never turn any business away they all get the same personnel service.
