Hayes Village will be built in Hayes Middlesex, on the site of the former Nestle Factory. This is now an area undergoing significant regeneration. The development will include a new public park, a 200m running track and lots of green open space and play areas. The previously inaccessible part of the canal will also be opened up for the public to enjoy. Hayes Village will be a 15 minute walk to the town centre and a 10 minute walk to Hayes and Harlington Stations and Crossrail, making commuting into Central London easier.
