DESCRIPTION
Oakley is one of those unique properties which simply has to be viewed to be fully appreciated, we understand that the house was constructed in 1995 and is oak framed, boasting extensive use of exposed oak internally. Externally, the house presents elevations of stone and cement fibre board cladding, giving it a contemporary look, with double glazed windows (some of which are atrium style) flooding the house with light, all beneath a slate roof. Metal zinc-plated guttering recently fitted with all exterior paintwork refreshed. The house exudes quality and style and is presented to a very high standard. A particular 'wow' factor is the double height vaulted ceiling sitting room, which is open plan but separated from dining and snug 'zones'. The kitchen/breakfast room is very contemporary and is well fitted with bespoke units. There is a ground floor bedroom with adjacent shower room, ideal for guests, those unable to manage the stairs or for 'future proofing'. On the first floor an open plan landing overlooks the reception area below and runs into a study/occasional bedroom 4 (which could be partitioned to create an actual bedroom 4 if required). The void above the sitting room could also potentially be filled to create more bedroom space if required. The master bedroom has a fun coastal theme with concealed en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a family bathroom opposite.
Externally there is a detached garage block, incorporating garaging, utility/boiler room with loft above. This building could potentially be converted into a separate annexe/holiday let, subject to planning, as there are also three parking spaces. The garden is small but perfectly formed, designed and landscaped with ease of maintenance in mind.

SERVICES
Mains drainage, electricity and water. Oil fired central heating. LED lighting throughout and externally.
