He has a strong track record of working with all clients from builders delivering a small number of units to the PLC developers on long term sites of scale. In addition Paul has been involved in supporting housing associations, investment companies & local authorities. Paul will help appraise a development before acquisition, advise on likely buyers, optimum mix & required spec.
