D W Smith & Co Estate and Letting Agents in Bristol were formed in 1999 with the aim of offering a professional, courteous service to clients selling and letting their homes throughout Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

Our property show room is in a prominent position on Hanham High Street, well placed for both access to Bristol and Bath. From our office we cover the whole of Bristol and South Gloucestershire, including the areas of Hanham, Kingswood, St George, Longwell Green, Warmley, Barrs Court, North Common, Oldland Common, Bitton, Emersons Green, Downend, Frenchay and Bradley Stoke.

Originally, D W Smith & Company we were an Estate Agent who provided a letting service as requested by clients. Now we are both an Estate and Letting Agent in equal measures, believing that in order to advise clients correctly we must understand both of these markets inside out.

Other additional services that we offer include competitive conveyancing quotes, Floor Plan technology and Energy Performance Certificates.

D W Smith & Co believe that it is not just about selling your home, it is about helping you move, therefore we endeavour to guide you through the difficult process of buying or selling by offering a wealth of experience gathered over a huge collective number of years that our staff have worked within the industry.
