Adrian Tinker

Adrian joined Stags in 2011. With a background in architecture and over a decade of experience in estate agency, he has been involved in the sale of a wide range of property across North Devon, from studio flats to large country homes and farms. His in-depth knowledge of the local market enables him to offer well-rounded advice to clients.

Adrian is passionate about providing a service that is as much about people as it is about property. Known for his approachable manner, he aims to make what can often be a complex process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Having grown up in Devon, Adrian has strong local roots. After studying architecture at university in London, he returned to the area in 2008 and began his career in estate agency the following year.

Outside of work, Adrian enjoys keeping active with a daily fitness routine and follows rugby, cricket, and motorsport. He makes the most of North Devon’s beaches and coastline and looks forward to an annual trip to the Le Mans 24-hour race, along with holidays somewhere hot, quiet, and all-inclusive.
