Aidan Ledgard

As Senior Property Manager for Somerset, Aidan’s typical day consists of overseeing the property management team, valuing, and marketing of a wide range of homes, as well as looking after a portfolio of properties.

Over the last 11 years in the industry, Aidan has developed his expertise in all things property, including negotiating complex disputes, valuing high end property, compliance management, and even selling the odd commercial premises.

Aidan is currently working towards his Level 3 ARLA qualification and full membership of Propertymark, the UK’s leading professional body for property agents.

Outside of work he can often be found tending to his garden, enjoying a visit to a country pub, or walking in the Quantocks.
