Andrew Luxton

Andrew is an experienced Chartered Surveyor, having been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for over 25 years and a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. In addition to his role as Senior Partner, he also oversees the Residential Lettings, Property Management and Commercial Departments covering all 22 offices. He has been instrumental in the development and growth of the lettings department within Stags over the past twenty five plus years to become one of the region’s leading letting agents. Andrew advises landlords on current legislation, compliance and legal issues, buy-to-let, plus many other matters affecting those in the lettings sector. In addition, he is a professional auctioneer regularly undertaking property auctions, as well as charity auctions, raising thousands of pounds for various charities such as the The Lord’s Taverners. Andrew still takes a keen interest in the Stags Agricultural team assisting with on site sales when required and the occasional market. 

Born and bred in East Devon before attending the Royal Agricultural College and obtaining a Diploma in Rural Estate Management Andrew then returned to Honiton to continue his working career. He maintains a keen interest in rural affairs and the countryside and is a valued committee member of the Honiton Agricultural Show and Chairman of the Honiton Agricultural Association Farms Competition.
