Ashton Greed

Ashton Greed was born in Somerset and educated at Wellington School, he is now the Residential Manager and an Associate Partner with Stags in Yeovil. He has lived in South Somerset for over 30 years, Ashton studied Surveying and Cartography - ideal grounding for someone entering the property profession. Ashton started at Stags working in the various livestock markets and outside sales of live and deadstock, before changing to residential sales in the late 1980s. His success at selling residential properties is attributable to a thorough understanding not only of the marketing involved, but also the personalities of the different parties within a transaction. His expertise in appraising a property and considering the best way to sell it and how to add value in terms of planning potential and timing, has achieved outstanding results for Stags and the firm recognised this by making Ashton an Associate Partner in 2007. When not selling properties, Ashton dons running shoes for some cross country events all over the country with a group of Hash House Harriers. He also acts as auctioneer for several local charity events.
