Belinda Montgomery

Belinda joined the Exeter branch of Stags in June 2025 as a Sales Valuer within the residential team covering East and West Devon. Having worked for over a decade in the property sector, Belinda brings a wealth of experience to the role. Having most recently worked for a bespoke estate agency in the Scottish Borders, she has an in-depth knowledge of the whole property lifecycle and thrives on dealing with vendors and buyers alike.

Having lived in Devon for the last 20 years, Belinda has extensive local knowledge of the county from the moors to the sea on both coastlines. In her spare time, you can find Belinda spending time with her two daughters either at the coast, on and in the water, or alternatively on horseback enjoying the stunning Devon countryside.
