Ben Stephens

A Chartered Surveyor with more than 35 years’ experience in the Cornish property market, Ben joined Stags’ Truro office in 2002 and became an equity partner in 2012. Over the years, he has played a key role in the firm’s growth, helping to enhance its reputation as one of Cornwall’s leading estate agencies.

Ben oversees property sales across Cornwall and is particularly recognised for his expertise in the appraisal and sale of holiday cottage complexes and other lifestyle properties. As Head of the Waterside and Prime departments, he leads these specialist areas while also contributing to the wider strategic direction and success of the firm.
