Catherine Boyd

Catherine graduated from University in 2008 and relocated back to Devon from Hampshire in 2011, working, initially, in the Sales department as Maternity cover before moving to Residential Lettings. She worked in the Okehampton office until 2017, when the Lettings Department then relocated to Tavistock. From here, both areas are now covered as a whole.

Having lived in the Okehampton area since she was 11 years old, up until she attended University, Catherine has a huge wealth of local knowledge as well as practical knowledge of the lettings industry gained over the last ten years, experiencing a fair few legislative changes during that time. Lettings is never the same from day to day and primarily she covers the tenancy administration, as well as liaising with contractors and Landlords, to ensure works are completed in a timely fashion to the satisfaction of all parties.

In her spare time Catherine makes the most of the outdoors, spending a lot of time walking her dog on Dartmoor. Previously competing to National level in dressage, she is now backing and riding on her young horse, hoping to do the same again in time.
