Charlie Gear

Charlie became part of the Residential Lettings team in 2022, bringing with him over 40 years of experience across a range of management and customer service roles in both the public and private sectors. Originally from Devon, Charlie has lived and worked throughout the UK before settling in Somerset in the mid-1990s.

He is now part of the residential lettings team and is responsible for carrying out tenancy inspections, overseeing refurbishments and repairs, and building strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors.

Outside of work, Charlie is a keen performer and regularly takes to the stage with a local theatre group. He also enjoys singing in a band, maintaining his cars, and working on various DIY and building projects in his spare time.
