Charlotte Turner

Charlotte graduated from the Royal Agricultural University with a BSc (Hons) in Rural Land Management before joining Stags in 2023 within the Professional Services department in the Totnes office.  

Charlotte enjoys all aspects of land agency and has undertaken a variety of professional services including grazing agreements, assisting with formal ‘Red Book’ valuations, landlord and tenant schedule of conditions, tenancy agreements and grant applications.

Charlotte is currently undertaking training for her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and her Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) exams.

Prior to university, Charlotte spent 2 years working for a global farming business which specialised in the manufacturing of livestock identification systems and equipment.

Having grown up on Exmoor, Charlotte enjoys spending time in the countryside and is also an active member of her local Young Farmers Club.
