Frances Elgar

Frances studied Rural Land Management at the Royal Agricultural University between 2017 and 2020, before working as Stud Groom for the Wilton Hunt. She joined Stags in June 2022, initially based in the Honiton office, before moving to Exeter in 2023 and then joining the Bridport team in 2026.

Outside of work, Frances enjoys exploring the countryside—whether running, walking, swimming, or spending time at the beach and along the coastal path. She is an accomplished horsewoman who is currently enjoying re-training an ex-racehorse alongside her role in residential sales. Her love for the outside and exploration extends to travelling and she recently explored the Okavango Delta in Botswana on horseback and completed a winter road trip around the southern cost of Iceland.
