Jasper Van Der Zalm

Based in Stag Barnstaple office, Jasper offers a dedicated and committed service for Landlords and Tenants, covering the North Devon area by linking with the Bideford and South Molton offices, working closely with Stags Property Sales teams and various departments.

On graduating in Business Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, Jasper took a couple of years travelling and upon returning he and his partner settled in North Devon. Jasper started a career in hospitality working for various local businesses as well as large multi-national companies around the UK.

For the last 4 years Jasper has been working for a local agency group as Lettings Manager where he built and grew the letting business whilst managing the diverse town and rural property portfolio. He has experience with letting all types of residential property in the area using his knowledge to advise investor landlords or those renting their own home. Jasper has experience with letting all types of residential property ensuring the most suitable tenants are selected whilst achieving the best possible rent through consideration of current market conditions and the landlords wishes. His experience includes managing portfolios for landlords with up to 10 properties either as investors or those letting their home.

Jasper enjoys travelling and experiencing new places but he is also equally happy at home in North Devon exploring all the beauty the area has to offer. Jasper plays skittles in the Bideford Skittles League and enjoys playing football and golf in his spare time.
