Jessica Attrill

Jessica joined the Exeter office in May 2022. After receiving a 1st Class Honours at the University of Plymouth in 3D design in 2015, she has worked in various sectors across the Design and Architectural industry, in retail, commercial, rural development and residential settings.

Before joining Stags, Jessica worked for an agricultural land agency based in Winchester as an Architectural Technician, where she gained an understanding of the agricultural and rural development industry. With her knowledge and experience, she became an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technicians and is hopeful to gain her full Chartership in the near future.

Jessica specialises in understanding the client’s needs and desires in order to develop their ideas into a creative concept. From here, she is able to provide opportunities for clients to extend their current home or offer advice on any future property purchase with potential for development.

Growing up on a farm situated in the South of the Isle of Wight, she has always had a strong connection with the countryside. She has recently relocated to the South West, where she enjoys spending time in the outdoors, on the water and, when time allows, with her family Cocker Spaniel Rufus.
