John Tape

John has worked in the estate agency profession since July 1997, covering areas including Bude, Holsworthy, Launceston, Camelford, Tintagel, Boscastle, Crackington Haven, and Morwenstow, where he grew up and attended primary school. Since joining Stags, John continues to service these areas.

John attended secondary school in Bude, part of the final year group to travel between the Stratton site and the then newly opened Budehaven School. In the early 2000s, he moved to Launceston after meeting his wife, marrying in 2006, and settling into their current family home in 2008. A keen footballer in earlier years, John played for Morwenstow, Bude and Launceston, and continues to maintain strong connections through the sport. Today, his interests include badminton at Launceston Club, walking, gentle games on the 3G pitch with the Southgate Veterans, and volunteering with 1st Launceston Scouts, which he finds particularly rewarding.
