Joseph Pearce

Joseph, along with his two older brothers, was home-schooled from a young age, an experience that allowed him to develop unique and practical skills not typically offered in traditional schooling environments.  

From the age of 13, he gained valuable work experience by assisting his dad with carpentry and construction projects and lending a helping hand on his grandfather’s farm. This hands-on upbringing laid the foundation for a versatile skill set that Joseph now applies to his career in estate agency. 

Joseph began his career in estate agency in 2022 at another local firm before joining Stags’ Tavistock office in 2023. A true local, born and raised in Tavistock, he brings genuine passion and enthusiasm to his role. Listing and selling properties isn’t merely a job for Joseph; it’s a source of genuine excitement.    

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife and their two cats, playing and watching football, going to the gym, and he values quality time with family and friends. His sentimental love for Tavistock is evident in both his professional and personal life, making him a valuable asset to the Stags Tavistock team.
