Kate Collins

Kate is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, with particular experience in commercial property management. She manages a vast range of property types, to include multi-let office blocks and mixed-use investments.   

Kate also provides professional advice on landlord and tenant matters, to include rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations on behalf of commercial landlords and tenants. 

Kate joined Stags in 2018 following the acquisition of Michelmore Hughes, where she gained residential and commercial agency experience. Since then, she has completed a degree in Real Estate Management through the University College of Estate Management and become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.   

Devon born and bred, Kate is the third generation of her family to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor.  In her spare time, she can be found exploring the countryside on her horse, accompanied by her husband and young son.
