Kevin Clarke

Kevin is the Property Sales Manager of the Honiton office and a Partner of the firm, advising clients on the sale of rural and village properties throughout the East Devon area. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. 

Joining Stags in 2006 whilst studying for his Masters in Rural Environment and Land Management, he worked in the firm’s major departments, including Farm Agency and Professional Services team, acquiring a thorough understanding of all Stags disciplines. Qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2010, he went on to manage the Dulverton office, before moving to Honiton in 2011. As well as his role in Honiton, Kevin is the head of Stags Equestrian department, liaising with the local offices to strategically market properties with equestrian facilities.

A dairy farmer's son and keen horse rider from Whimple, Kevin has lived in East Devon for all of his life and knows its property market and the rural community intimately. He enjoys other countryside pursuits such as walking and cycling with his wife and three children.
