Liberty Baker

Libby graduated from Harper Adams University in 2024 with a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. As part of her degree, Libby completed a 12-month placement at Clinton Devon Estates as a Trainee Land Agent, where she gained valuable experience assisting with the day-to-day management of the Estates. 

Libby joined Stags, working within the Professional Services Department at the Tiverton office. She is currently working towards her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and training for her Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) examinations.  

Having grown up on her family dairy farm in Mid Devon, which has diversified to include multiple holiday lets, Libby has developed a passion for farming, property and the outdoor environment. In her spare time, Libby enjoys playing rugby for Crediton Ladies.
