Matthew Wilcox

Matthew is a rural chartered surveyor with several years of experience. He joined Stags in 2021 having previously worked in the Midlands for a National firm and in Wiltshire/Dorset for a Partnership firm. 

Matthew provides strategic and professional advice for a range of clients on a variety of matters including RICS Red Book Valuations, development land consultancy and agency, renewable energy and estate management. He also manages the Tiverton Professional Services team and the Stags’ APC training programme.
