Max Smallridge

Raised in Braunton, North Devon, Max began his career in estate agency at the age of 17 as an apprentice. From an early stage, he developed a strong foundation in property and progressed into carrying out valuations across a wide range of property types throughout North Devon. He went on to achieve a qualification as an Associate Chartered Surveyor (AssocRICS) and became a Registered Valuer.

Now with over 10 years’ experience in the property industry, he has built a strong understanding of the North Devon market. Having joined Stags from a respected independent surveying practice in North Devon, where he gained a wealth of knowledge in property valuations, he is now pleased to bring this experience and local expertise to his clients at Stags.
