Mia Pilton

Before joining Stags, Mia completed a Level 3 CIM Marketing Assistant Apprenticeship and gained four years of experience as a Marketing Executive and Administrator within a manufacturing company. Wanting to apply her skills in a more engaging and rewarding environment, she saw Stags as the ideal opportunity.

Highly organised and enthusiastic, Mia is keen to support all areas of the marketing team. She brings five years of administrative experience across Admin, HR, and Marketing functions, alongside nearly two years in Customer Service, strengthening her communication and people skills.

In addition to her apprenticeship, Mia holds a Level 3 Diploma in Business Studies and a Level 3 Diploma in Art and Design, both of which contribute to her creativity and capability in the role. She is eager to learn, keen to develop her expertise, and thrives on helping others, always aiming to excel in every task she takes on. 

In her spare time, Mia enjoys reading and creating illustrations, particularly watercolour and collage pieces. She loves spending time outdoors, whether walking in the countryside or soaking up the sunshine during the summer months. She’s at her happiest when curled up on the sofa with her two cats and a documentary on the TV.
