Miles Webber

Miles Webber is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV), Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He specialises in the management of both large estates and mixed property portfolios throughout the South West as well as ad-hoc professional services work, including formal valuations and Landlord and Tenant matters.

Miles has worked in the South West since 2011, after a year practicing from Oxford and obtaining a first class Honours Degree in Land Management from Harper Adams University.

Outside of work Miles enjoys cycling and following the rugby.

Examples of recent work include:

Single joint expert valuations for matrimonial purposes.

Valuation of sizeable mixed property portfolios for loan security purposes.

Leading on a series of grant and associated planning and listed building consent applications, resulting in the combined offer of circa £600,000 of capital funding for a client’s planned business regeneration works.

Acting as retained managing agent for a number of large country estates throughout Devon and Cornwall.

Marketing/negotiating a wide variety of agreements to occupy a broad spectrum of properties, ranging from farms, through commercial and leisure/hospitality lettings, to residential properties.
