Patrick Ellicott

Paddy joined Stags in May 2025. After graduating from the Royal Agricultural University in 2022, he spent almost three years working for a national firm undertaking disposals and acquisitions of farms, land and estates across the midlands. He now focusses on the sale of residential and rural property in the South Hams and South Dartmoor. 

He prides himself on providing effective advice on pricing and strategy and prioritises regular communication with clients and buyers alike. 

Outside of work, Paddy follows Exeter City and Chiefs and enjoys watching National Hunt racing when time allows.
