Piers Layburn

Associate Partner and Office Manager of the Stags Truro office, Piers is a third-generation estate agent with over a decade of experience in the property industry. Having worked in estate agency since 2010, he has successfully handled the sale of a wide variety of properties across Cornwall and the wider West Country.

Piers joined Stags in 2013 and relocated to work in Cornwall in 2017, where he now specialises in the sale of some of the county’s finest country and waterside homes. Prior to his current role in Truro, he oversaw both the firm’s Launceston and Wadebridge offices.

Piers is an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Outside of work, Piers enjoys playing squash, swimming, surfing and walking. At weekends, he can often be found with his wife, Claire, and their young twins, walking their dog across the region’s moors and coastline.
