Richard Bailey

Based in Exeter, but operating across the South West, Richard is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute with over 20 years of planning experience covering a broad range of planning matters and projects (including residential, commercial/retail, leisure, sports, community, health and mixed-use developments). He has experience of providing strategic planning advice and progressing planning appraisals, planning applications and appeals, site promotions and coordinating Environmental Impact Assessments. Outside of work Richard enjoys spending time with his family, keeping active and making the most of what the out the South West has to offer.
