Robert Ayre

Rob Ayre is an exceptionally experienced property valuer, auctioneer and negotiator. He has handled over £375 million of property sales through Stags South Molton office alone, where he has been manager since 2002. Rob, who has been with Stags for 29 years, has lived in the South Molton area all his life and his unrivalled local knowledge and experience means he is ideally qualified to value, market, and sell a wide range of property in the area.

Rob is a keen sportsman. He is a member of the MCC and was captain for four years at North Devon Cricket Club, leading the club to its first Devon Premier League Title in 2007.  He also takes time helping look after the wonderful grounds at his local village Sports Club in North Molton and when he is not coaching youth rugby for South Molton RFC he will be found with a whistle in his hand as an active referee with the Devon Rugby Referee’s Society.
