Associate Partner and Branch Manager for our Barnstaple office, Sam was born and bred in North Devon so takes pride when showcasing the best the area has to offer and takes pleasure talking to prospective buyers about how lucky we are to live in one of the best locations in the South West.

Having valued and sold a variety of property ranging from apartments, townhouses, farms, country homes to development sites, Sam has a wealth of knowledge in all sectors of property which serves him well when dealing with all types of clients. 

In his spare time Sam is a sports enthusiast and enjoys running the SW coastal path. He also has a keen eye and interest interior design, furniture and architecture.
