Simon Cooper

Simon Cooper is one of Stags’ most experienced agents and chartered surveyors. With a career in property that started in Dorset in 1980, Simon has been passionate about all things to do with West Country property for some time.  He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as a Registered Valuer and has valued and sold property successfully through much of Devon and parts of Somerset, having been based in six of the firm’s offices during that period.  He is now in his fifth decade helping clients at Stags with their property needs and is working as a Registered Valuer out of the Wellington Office.

Simon has been a town counsellor in Bampton, a governor of his local primary school, chairman of the Western Counties Agricultural Valuers Association (WCAVA), chairman of the Exeter Estate Agents Association and a deacon at his local Baptist Church. Dorset born and educated, Simon moved to Bampton in Devon in 1987 to join Stags, and since 1997 has been living near Kentisbeare.  When not working, Simon can be found with his wife Kathy, fishing, walking or pedalling around the lanes and hills of Mid and East Devon.
