Toby Hayward

Born and raised in the South Hams to a family with a background in property, Toby has been developing/renovating property since his early 20’s. He has had a varied career within hospitality, wine, and sales, before establishing himself within estate agency where he progressed quickly within a local firm. His background has shaped a professional yet personable approach to agency. Toby’s clear understanding of the market coupled with a friendly manner enables him to offer considered and well-rounded advice to clients and guide them confidently through the sometimes-challenging process of their moving.

Outside of work, Toby and his partner are keen hosts and enjoy bringing friends and family together with their explorative cooking in their home in central Plymouth. Drawn to the water, Toby also is a regular sea swimmer and enjoys exploring hidden spots along the South West Coast Path whenever possible.
