DIRECTIONS
From Newton Tracey, on the B3232 between Barnstaple and Great Torrington, proceed south towards Torrington for approximately 0.6 miles and turn left into an unsigned road. At Gypsy Lane Cross turn left towards Hiscott and Yarnscombe. After just less than one mile at Woodland Cross, turn left towards Hiscott and Harracott.

After approximately 0.4 miles, just after the right hand bend, the entrance to the land will be found on the left.
