-The property is to be your only residence
-Household income of under £80,000
-Access to at least a 5% deposit of the share price

Affordability for the scheme is based on financial assessment with a qualified advisor. Generally shares are offered between 25% and 75% of the full market value of the property. The assessment will provide information on the share percentage right for you. The minimum share you can purchase will vary depending on your financial situation and you will be encouraged to purchase the largest share deemed affordable.

All potential purchasers will need to be qualified by our recommended financial advisor who will check credit and affordability. Applicants will be required to purchase the maximum share affordable as determined by the financial advisor. Subject to passing these checks and eligibility your application will be reviewed for consideration.
