The vendors chose to submit the application and envisaged two detached bungalows on the site, however given that there are two-storey cottages to the right of the site it seems possible that the consent could be changed to build either chalets or two-storey properties. SPECIAL NOTE
One of the conditions of the planning permission is that the existing vehicular access to Dairy Cottages is to be closed and a new one opened to the site which will initially be shared by Dairy Cottages. A purchaser will be required, as part of the transaction, to cut the access and incorporate the parking for the cottages as the build takes place. The purchaser will also be required to fence between the site and the cottages.
