INTRODUCTION
A beautiful woodland 'off grid' luxury glamping site of just under 2 acres, with an established and successful business created by the current owners, Devon Dens is surrounded by nature, but also easily accessible with the A30 dual carriageway 8 miles away.

The two cosy, high quality cabins sleep up to 6 or 4 and come with woodfired hot tubs and a sauna. The well-manicured grounds provide a large pond, seating areas and decking, wooded glades and are bordered by a natural stream.

The property provides an exciting opportunity to purchase a thriving business in this fast growing area of the holiday and short break market with further potential.

SITUATION
The property lies in a quiet rural setting approached via a country lane in this unspoilt part of Devon. Inspite of its peaceful setting, the property is within easy reach of the A3079, giving easy access to the market towns of Holsworthy and Okehampton with its direct access to the A30 dual carriageway.

In addition, local villages such as Halwill with its shops, pub and school and Bratton Clovelly with the well-known local inn are within a short drive. The town of Okehampton offers an excellent range of shops and services, three supermarkets including a Waitrose and nationally and locally owned shops and businesses. There is schooling from infant to sixth form level, a modern community hospital and attractive leisure centre. It now also has a railway station connecting with Exeter.
