The woodland is accessed from the trackway which is maintained by Devon County Highways.

DIRECTIONS
From the centre of Colyton, head into Queen street and opposite the Soanes Cycle shop turn left into Sidmouth Road, going up the hill out of the town. After about 1 mile, turn right into Jobbles Lane. Continue up the track and the woodland is on the right before the bend.

There is a water pipe at the far end of the woodland, connected to the adjoining landowners system by agreement. Purchasers to check if this agreement can be extended.
